Welcome to Parkview Townhome’s homepage. Parkview is a small community of 120 townhomes located in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The association was created in 1983 as a non–profit organization. Parkview’s prime location is very close to schools, parks, post office, grocery, banking, restaurants, and retail establishments.
Improvements
Since the spring of 2003, the association made a number of major improvements.
- Steel siding, roofs, gutters, and windows on the buildings.
- A new steel storage building.
- New white vinyl fences.
- New roads throughout the whole complex.
- Continuous maintenance of bushes, trees, and common grounds.
Mission
Our mission, as an association, is to work together for effective communication, economical townhome maintenance, and social development in the Parkview community.
