This page is to help potential homeowners and realtors gather information on Parkview Townhome Association, as well as, other important information about our community. As a member of Parkview Townhomes, you will be responsible for a $125 monthly association fee. The $125 fee pays for lawn care and snow removal of all properties, as well as, general maintenence. The homeowner will be responsible for paying the exterior hazard insurance premium, which is currently $416 a year due on the 1st of May. A notice will be provided to the homeowner around March 15th. Interior insurance must be carried individually by the homeowner. The interior insurance should include all of the inside plus the shared walls and materials, as well as, your personal property. The association does not carry flood insurance. This would also be up to the homeowner.
