Welcome to Parkview Townhomes. Our community contains 120 townhomes, and is located in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The Parkview Townhomes Association was created in 1983 as a nonprofit organization. Our mission as an association is to work together for effective communication, economical townhome maintenance, and social development in the Parkview community. The prime location of Parkview Townhomes is close to schools, parks, the post office, grocery stores, banking, restaurants, and retail establishments.
Since the spring of 2003, several major improvements have been made by the Parkview Townhomes Association:
- Steel siding, roofs, gutters, leaf guards, and windows installed on all the buildings
- A new steel storage building
- New white vinyl fences
- New roads throughout the whole complex
- New mailboxes
- A new driveway entrance at 26th Street South
- Cement slabs for garbage container placement
- All chimney caps refurbished
- New flower beds with landscape pavers and stones
- All new garage aprons
- Pop-up downspouts
- Extended parking space for owners
